The actress is famously known as MaMlambo, which is a name she uses in South Africa’s one of the most loved drama series’ Uzalo. She has been in the series for a couple of years now, making her one of the most serving actresses in the show, along with the likes of Nosipho Makhathini.
Some might have not known, but Gugu Gumede is the daughter of the famous South African politician Zanele Magwaza Msibi. Mrs. Msibi served the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) for years, before deciding to open her own party National Freedom Party (NFP).
