The recent storyline which focuses on the factory fire and Noah being the prime suspect has brought so much excitement to viewers. But one thing that the Skeem Saam producers have managed to hide for a very long time is Noah’s father. Let’s take a look at Mokgadi’s past
Mokgadi, played by Pebetsi Nolo Matlaila got pregnant at the age of 15. She was impregnated by the manipulative Bra Sikes. The character Bra Sikes is played Israel Makoe.
Mokgadi’s pregnancy left her mother Mary Matloga played by Motshabi Tyelele very devastated. If they say someone is a control freak, they are talking about Mary.
Mary took Mokgadi’s child (Noah) from her and hid her grandson’s whereabouts from her daughter. The separation has caused so many scars on Noah and this is probably the reason for his behaviour.
In some episodes of Skeem Saam, Noah father found him and influenced him to join the life of crime. By the time Noah was rescued, it was too late to change him. His life was already ruined.
The current Skeem Saam storyline
Now, we get to see that Mokgadi feels guilty of hiding Noah’s secrets and for allowing him to get away with everything. She can now see that she’s indirectly grooming him to be a criminal or monster.
We can all agree that Noah is a very smart young man who knows how to get away with the thing, like his father.
As we already know, Noah is Mokgadi’s child and she entered her marriage with Leeto when he was still young. The Maputla’s took him in as one of their own and we have seen that things have been going so well.
But, lately, Noah has found himself in trouble. He burnt down the nut factory which killed his best friend Koloi’s mum.
Now Mokgadi is so worried that he is taking his father’s gangster habits. But who is Noah’s father on Skeem Saam?
