Uzalo: Thursday 13 January 2022 – Gabisile fights for Nkunzi
On the previous EpisodeUzalo, The burial of Nomzamo’s has taken place, and it wasn’t dignified at all. Sbu called his partners for help, and once they all realized that the vlogger had passed, they started digging. The three distillery partners are all feeling the after-effects of what has happened. Even though they have decided to go in with their lives, the reality of the situation is hard to deal with.
Nkunzi has made himself right at home in Philippe’s house. Babekazi moves into Mbatha’s house, and she is not impressed at all.

She is unhappy to see Gabisiles walking and breathing in KwaMashu. Norah has a score to settle with Gabisile. Gabisile’s dinner plans have been destroyed because the guest of honor didn’t show up. She ends up eating with Siboniso.

Thursday 13 January 2022 Episode 224
Uzalo 13 January 2022: Sibonelo dissuades Nonka from resigning from the distillery, it will only bring on unnecessary attention. Gabisile makes a bold move when she steals Philippe’s number from Nkunzi’s phone. Babekazi wants Mbatha to join forces with her on concocting a plan to come up with the Insurance money.
We can all see that the death of Nomzamo is causing so much distress amongst the distillery partners. Nonka wants to quit the whole thing, and Sboniso persuades her not to attract negative attention. What happened at the distillery has knocked Nonka off track, and guilt is working hard on her and Sbu.

From the weakest link and suspect, Sbu rises; Gabisile takes her plan on a dangerous level with Philippe and Mbatha proposes a mission impossible to help Babekazi.
Gabisile is still trying to fight for Nkunzi’s attention. She is now planning to call Phillipe to end the Ndoni and Nkunzi affair. She stole his number from Nkunzi’s phone. Her jealousy had blindsided her entirely. Gabisile’s desperation may end up putting Nkunzi and Ndoni in danger.
Babekazi needs Mbatha’s help to come up with the insurance money, and she is proposing they do the unthinkable.
