Dawn Thandeka King is a South African actress, musician and motivational speaker from Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal.Dawn is one of the actresses who are responsible for keeping South Africans glued on their Television sets. The actress has won the Golden Award for Best Actress in a Lead Role in a TV Drama once and the nominations for more keep coming. She is best known for her role as Lindiwe MaNgcobo on Uzalo. Thandeka is also a singer, MC, and motivational speaker.

Thandeka well known for her role as Mangcobo on Uzalo.On Uzalo, she is married to Nkunzi Mhlongo, and they are both well-known gangsters of Kwamashu.

We have seen her going through alot., Mangcobo has been known for dating the richest gangsters on uzalo. This has made her the mastermind in many criminal acts in Kwamashu.

She started off by dating Gxabashe. She is the mother of Nosipho and mxolisi.

Her and Gxabashe used to sell drugs and stolen cars and they had scrapyards as just the cover. However,we saw how she faced many challenges after Gxabashe lesft uzalo.

She was forced to take over from her husband and do crime for survival. She had to hustle and was used to it.On the other hand,she also taught her children to do crime.

After gxabashe she moved from one man to onother for survival. Many played her so much. Then,she met Nkunzi and they fell inlove.

Lindiwe is indeed going through alot on uzalo as we have seen her fighting head-on with nkunzi which is the reason why she is now homeless.

Recently,it has been reported that the Uzalo producers are reportedly not impressed with MaNgcobo’s attitude and behaviour, more especially when she asks them to change storylines.

According to reports, Mangcobo makes the writers’ and directors’ jobs difficult because of her attitude. Apparently, she was very close to one of the directors who left Uzalo for Imbewu: The Seed. Since the director has left Uzalo, things have not been easy for her.

Mangcobo is also believed to have made Uzalo producers angry for asking them to give her a salary raise together with the award-winning actor Qhabanga played by Syabonga Shibe. These two are no longer in good books with the producers. Therefore, Qhabanga and Mangcobo might be leaving the telenovela.
