Fundiswa Zwane is a South African actress and businesswoman. She gained popularity for her recurring role as Rethabile in the SABC1 soapie Generations from 2009-2012. She was born on the 06th of June 1985. She plays the role of Ka-MaDonsela.Ka-Madonsela is a wife whose roots are deeply set in her culture. However, Fundiswa Zwane has announced that she will be leaving the e.tv soapie Imbewu: The Seed soon. The actress will make her final appearance on 29 July. Fundiswa grew up in Port Shepstone in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Zwane was born on the 6th of June 1985. Therefore, this makes her 35 years old. She always celebrates her birthday on the 6th of June.

Education

While she was still in high school, Fundi already knew that she’ll be taking acting as her career. She use to be part of the gumboot dance group. She attended a film school after completing her matric.

Career

In Generations, Rathabile is an outspoken young intern at New Horizons advertising agency. She later turned out to be good friends with Khetiwe.

In 2011, Fundiswa also landed a starring role in the SABC1 drama series Divers Down, as Avumile.

She also co-created the Mzansi Magic sitcom It’s for Life with Gugu Zuma and Thuli Zuma. The series aired on the channel (July-October, 2011).

The series, It’s for Life, is all about women who found out that they had a squatter in their new house and are forced to live with her.

Later in 2015, Fundiswa portrayed a guest role in the second season of Traffic!, eKasi+ police procedural series.
