From La La Land director Damian Chazelle, who helms the first two episodes, and prolific screenwriter Jack Thorne, The Eddy is basically about a Paris jazz club which is run by a once well-regarded American musician (played by André Holland) who’s straining just to makes sure it keeps going.
2. White Lines
Release date: May 15
Second, on our list of New Netflix Shows, Movies and Specials To Watch This May 2020 is White Lines. White Lines is a British mystery thriller series created by Álex Pina. As mentioned already, the series will be released on Netflix on 15 May 2020.
Featuring a mostly British cast, this Ibiza-set mystery drama is from the creator of the Spanish Netflix hit Money Heist. Twenty years after he went missing on the island, the body of a famous DJ is finally found, and his sister try by all means to find out what really transpired in his death.

3. Space Force
Space Force is an upcoming American comedy television series which was created by Greg Daniels and Steve Carell, starring Carell, John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Diana Silvers and Tawny Newsome.
Release date: May 29
Space Force is about the begrudging formation of a new branch of the armed forces that must dominate the stars. It is basically based on the term coined by President Donald Trump. Lisa Kudrow and John Malkovich co-star in this enormously promising comedy, which also features Parks and Rec’s Ben Schwartz.

4. Hollywood
Release date: May 1
Hollywood is about a group of upcoming performers and creators looking to hit it big in Tinseltown, no matter what it costs. The show features regular Murphy collaborator Darren Criss, who excelled in American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. Hollywood is a limited series, so don’t worry about committing to watching it for the next six years.
